Job Description:
We have an exclusive marketing agreement with a 199 year old financial services company. We are looking to fill two sales positions. Job includes: sales, service, interview and maintain clientele base. Direct sales (meeting the client in person). Appointment setting. No experience necessary. Complete training program provided for the one call close. We have been providing high quality Sales LEADS for over 20 years. We have leads available in the entire New England area..Your never more than 30 minutes from home.

Compensation:

• First year Sales Associates make between $50,000 to $75,000 in commissions plus bonuses.
• Second year Sales Associates make $50,000 to $90,000 in commissions, plus bonuses.

Commissions are advanced on submission of business and paid weekly. All of our associates enjoy an Exclusive Retirement Package with matching funds. We also have a Bonus Program that pays annual bonuses of $4,000 to $33,000.

• Must be licensed to sell insurance.
• 2 Years outside sales experience required.
• Must have strong work ethic and a desire to be successful!!!
• People person, outgoing, self motivated, assertive, goal oriented, organized, career minded, good communication skills, and a self-starter.
• Bilingual encouraged to apply.
• We prefer self-motivated people looking to start full-time in about 2-3 weeks. (Because of training)
