Requirements To be considered for this position, the following is required (unless otherwise specified):
  • BS degree in Business Engineering, Science
  • 7+ years experience in sales & operations planning / demand planning from a manufacturing environment, preferably from an FDA regulated industry
  • Demonstrated forecasting & capacity planning experience
  • Proven business acumen for both the sales & operations sides of business - from product build to sales / marketing
  • Experience with inventory management and cash flow analysis
  • APICS certification a big plus
  • Experience with Process Excellence (PEx) a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (presenting to executive staff)
  • Highly motivated - change management
  • Willing to travel 30%, up to 50%, both domestic and international
