Program: Hospice

Description:

• Provides personal care services to patients in their own homes under the direction of a registered nurse. Makes 4-5 patient visits/day.
• This position is based in our South San Francisco office as serves patients in the San Francisco to Belmont area.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications for a Certified Home Health Aide :

• Current Home Health Aide Certificate issued by the State of California.
• Experience as a Homemaker, CNA, or Home Health Aide is preferred.
• Valid drivers license.
• Car insurance as required by the State of California.
