Business Development Admissions Coordinator
 
Key Responsibilities :
The business development position primary purpose is to generate qualified  inquires/leads  weekly through planned sales calls with health care and non healthcare referral sources in the community . This position will primarily be considered and outside sales position with 90 % of the time dedicated to business development  . Other essential functions of this position will be  to maintain the communities computer /lead data bases regarding referral sources contacts and next steps ,as well as to document all contacts. The position  will also be in charge of creating a business development plan and marketing plan quarterly with the communities CEO. Their will be time when you will  assist prospective residents and their family members in the decision making process as well as coordinate admissions and transfers to the community .. This position will work closely with the nursing staff and social services relating to psycho/service needs of the prospective resident..

Requirements
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree; valid Indiana Driver’s License and reliable transportation for job-related travel; ability to meet health assessment requirements; and strong communication skills.  1-2 yrs.’ related experience is preferred.
