Job Description

The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for supervising a team of Customer Service Representatives in our Wayne, PA location, to ensure excellent customer service.  The Customer Service Manager hires, trains and manages members of the customer service department. Your department is responsible for successfully managing new customer implementations and ongoing customer services. The Customer Service Manager will manage the team to accurately answer questions to meet or exceed customer expectations.  As Customer Service Manager you and your team will maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.  The Customer Service Manager will work closely with managers in other departments, on customer implementations, trainings, and daily issues, as well as updating policies and procedures for overall client services.



Job Duties and Responsibilities

Specific duties of this position include:

·     Manage, motivate, and instruct a team of Customer Service Representatives

·      Train and Develop both Customer Service Staff and Customers on the BlueGolf system  

·      Manage new customer implementations 

·      Set and Manage customer expectations at a high level of professionalism and accuracy

·      Manage the Customer Service team to process customer questions, resolve issues, and provide same-day resolution

·      Document and proactively report customer information to Development and Sales teams

·      Develop, maintain and manage extensive customer reports

·      Ensure excellent customer satisfaction is achieved.

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 2 + years Managing a Customer Service Department for a Systems Organization
