Angott Search Group is pleased announce a retained search for one of our strong credit union clients. This organization has been servicing the Financial Service industry for over 80 years with over 500 million in assets; as this organization continues to grow there is a need for a Vice President to lead their lending department.
This credit union services a cross section of Metro Detroit credit union members. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in consumer lending along with prior success in lending authority. The Lending Manager work to develop, grow, and manage a consumer lending portfolio. He/she will manage a small group of Consumer Lending Officers.
Requirements
Requirements: Must have 10 or more years of management experience with consumer lending, credit and operations as well as multiple product lines. Candidates must be familiar with all facets of consumer lending. A Bachelor’s degree is required. Strong leadership skills and strategic abilities are a must.
