Eventual Client Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Introduction of candidates to existing and new clients.
  • Development of long term and trusted relationships with clients through the attainment of a comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of the organization, its culture and sourcing requirements.
  • Receiving and consulting on client position briefs and communicating details to relevant candidates.
  • Development and implementation of short-term and long-term recruitment campaigns on behalf of clients.
  • Management of the recruitment process – from candidate screening to interview, performance feedback and offer negotiation.
