Customer Service Manager

Join our team as a Customer Service Manager.  The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for the effective selection, training and supervision of a team of highly motivated Customer Service Representatives.

The Customer Service Manager will monitor and foster customer relationships within 5-6 routes monitoring proper installation of new accounts and retention of existing customers, work to increase existing sales, and ensure the team provides superior customer service.

Qualifications:

·         High School Diploma or G.E.D

·         2 – 4 years uniform rental experience a plus

·         3 – 5 years of Management experience (including training and development) desired

·         Proven track record of outside sales or business-to-business sales

·         Strong  problem solving, team building and customer service skills

·         Some financial experience desired

·         Ability to establish rapport with a diverse group of individuals

·         Ability to relocate if necessary

·         Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
