District Supervisor - California Courts

Responsibilities include:

• Supervise daily operations of all building repair, maintenance and services for the district.
• Coordinate plan and schedule all service work assignments.
• Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all building infrastructure, operating equipment, and building systems are in good proper working condition at all times.
• Communicate, schedule and inform customer liaison on all activities.
• Review, verify, investigate, and initiate any building deficiencies or repair and initiate service work orders.
• Ensure that all required safety compliance and procedures are being followed by staff.
• Ensure all required reports, daily logs, and or receipts are processed as required by all district staff.
• Supervise coordination, scheduling and completion of all service work orders ahead of schedule and under budget.
• Supervise, coordinate and review all district field staff work activities, work schedules, and work performance.
• Identify, report, and update any deficiencies related to building condition staff or vendor performances or customer issues. 
• Obtain, supervise, monitor all technician and subcontractors work quality and quantity.
• Supervise all service contracts for subcontractors and monitor them for compliance.
• Operate, maintain, and repair all building management systems to insure proper operation.
• Manage supervise and schedule all building preventive maintenance service work orders.
• Ensure all MSDS and data sheets are located in required locations and available in work locations.
• Supervise, coordinate and control all vehicles, tools, and company assets.
• Maintain vehicle fleet maintenance as required.
• Review and approve all purchases for materials and supplies by staff.
• Daily communication with the Assistant Regional Contract Manager on issues; work progress etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Four years of verified journey level experience and supervision in the maintenance, repair and operation of a variety of mechanical, electrical, pumping, and a variety of related building systems and equipment;
• Possession of a current valid California Driver’s License (to be presented for verification at time of the selection process)

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Extensive knowledge of refrigeration, chillers and high temperature, high pressure hot water systems and necessary building systems.
• High school diploma or GED in addition vocational school or apprenticeship training
• 5 or more years of progressively responsible heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) experience in commercial service environment
• EPA Universal Recovery Certification and HVAC certification desired.
• Valid Driver’s License with a driving record acceptable to the company’s insurance carrier
