Description
Due to rapid growth and progressive business objectives, my client is looking for a dynamic, hard working, sales minded person with vision, focus, initiative and excellent communication to be the Store Manager for the new Cedar Rapids location.
Responsibilities for this position include:
*Coach, mentor, motivate, and train consultative sales staff.
*Monitor store productivity and compare established goals.
*Help drive sales, create an extraordinary customer service experience and ensure that our company is a great place to work.
**This position is a 48-50 hour/week position that includes working 5 days a week including most Saturdays 10-5. If you are a leader and are looking for a great opportunity to grow with a proven company, this is it! I am looking for person that can follow a plan, motivate and coach employees, and is not afraid of success.
Requirements
Qualified Candidates will have:
*High School diploma or equivalent required, College Degree preferred.
*Ability to work in a high energy, team environment.
*Must have ability to coummunicate effectively with customers.
*Must have a proven track record of managing and developing employees.
