MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE

POSITION PROFILE:

 

Beyond Products, Inc. markets material handling equipment (“The MuleTM") to prospective and established industrial partners.  The Mule’s design and versatility has won awards and accolades and is well received throughout a wide range of industries across the nation.  [For more information on our product line please visit www.beyond-products.com.] 

 

To further drive our promotion of The Mule we are looking to bring onboard a marketing professional to plan, develop and execute company brand management strategies.  If you possess these skills and enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment this position may be the next rung on your career ladder.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

 

Design advertising and promotional activities that strengthens The Mule’s brand recognition.

Deliver professional product using internal and external resources.

Research, analyze and propose to top management different media resources and trade shows per their comparative cost/benefit value in promoting The Mule to targeted audiences.

Strengthen our integrated marketing efforts

Prepare for and attend trade shows. 

Monitor company website content to keep it aligned with latest marketing strategies.

Create and present product training webinars and seminars to select audiences.

Plan and execute public relations events.

Requirements

A 5 to 7 year proven successful product branding track record (ideally involving material handling equipment and/or other B2B products) plus a college degree (preferably in business or communications) or equivalent practical directly-related work experience.

Experienced in developing new marketing programs, evaluating alternative resources and implementing quality product within established timeframes.

A willingness to “roll up your sleeves" and complete tasks independently and from the ground up (taking product photos, writing marketing materials and placing final product in appropriate arenas).

Skilled in developing and maintaining customer and vendor relationships.

A creative, “thinking outside the box", self-driven spirit.

Polished, clear and persuasive communication and presentation skills.

Solid computer skills in MS Office, PowerPoint, internet research tools, web page formatting and other related areas.

The basic mechanical aptitude needed to understand and present The Mule’s design and applications.
