We are seeking individuals who are interested in working in our Auburn, IN facility. We have an open position for a Technician

Responsibilities - Technician

• Acquiring medical history and chief complaint of patient, prepare patient chart, and ensure confidentiality of all records.
• Perform preliminary and special testing for Optometrist.
• Assist patients with selection and dispensing of frames and lenses.
• Assist patients with contact lens education.
• Repairing and adjusting of eyeglass frames.
• Ordering of eyeglasses and contact lenses.
• Determining insurance benefit for patient and filing of insurance claims.
