Colonial is currently expanding in the Central Illinois area and are looking for two District Sales Manager and one Agency Development Manager.   We are seeking sales management professionals with agency building experience, recruiting, training and development of career agency sales people.

We are looking for Sales Managers who possess the following qualities:

  • Proven financial track record
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiasm and strong work ethic
