Applications Developer - ETL

As the Applications Developer you will be responsible for developing/maintaining complex programs, ETL (Extract Transform and Load) processes and reports in a dynamic environment to address customer and regulatory needs using the full system development life cycle (SDLC) guidelines and standards.

·        An Associate’s Degree in a Computer related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

·        Experience using IBM’s Ascential ETL product (or similar ETL Tool).

·        Knowledge of SQL (structured query language).

·        Experience in developing/maintaining applications on an IBM Z/OS mainframe (JCL, COBOL, DB2 and IMS). 

·        Experience designing/servicing/maintaining a Data Warehouse environment.

·        Experience designing/creating/maintaining Data Marts and/or Data Cubes.

·        Experience using COGNOS BI (Business Intelligence) product (or similar Tool).

·        Developing on a Microsoft client server platform (Microsoft Visual Basic .NET, Microsoft SQL Server TSQL Coding).
