The  FSR will be responsible for selling and cross-selling bank products and services.  They will need to meet a monthly/yearly sales goals.  The  FSR will provide appropriate services to customers.  They will need to be proactive outbound calling and MLM participation.  They will need to generate referrals to other business lines based on customer needs.  A FSR has the ability to perform job duties without supervision.

• Strong VERBAL & written communication skills. 
• PC knowledge, previous banking experience and /or calling background. 
• Team building skills, proactive selling ability and strong organizational skills. 
• Billingual (English/Spanish) candidates preferred.
