Job Description:
DEPARTMENT: BUILDING MAINTENANCE
POSITION: POOL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
SHIFT: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm M/F – with Limited Weekends
We are seeking qualified individual to join our Building Maintenance team who are responsible for the support a well maintained community. The position consists of the following general duties but is not all inclusive.
- Must have a current Certified Pool Operators(CPO) License.
- Perform detailed inspections of the pools, equipment, and facilities.
- Trouble shoot and repair pool components and equipment.
- General pool care of commercial pools including chemical monitoring and adjustment.
- Completion of assigned work orders or projects in a professional and timely manner.
- Organize daily assignments and work independently to achieve department's goals.
