Description Psych RN - Registered Nurse - Home Care / Private Duty

NurseCore, an industry leader in Medical Staffing and Home Health Care, is seeking a compassionate, reliable and experienced Psych RN to provide care for home health and private duty patients in our Fort Myers, Cape Coral and Lehigh Acres areas. Work in the satisfying and rewarding field of home health nursing by providing one-on-one care to home care clients! Home care cases are available in all areas of the valley and we offer flexible schedules, hourly or visits!

Admit home care clients as per agency policy by conducting an initial assessment/evaluation and coordinate care with physicians and home health aides as needed
Perform routine nursing care as needed and ordered by physicians
Supervise LPN's, aides and home health aides in accordance with state and federal licensure
Conduct and document supervisory visits
Prepare clinical, progress and summary reports and attend monthly case-conferences with Clinical Directors
Respect client's rights and confidentiality

Requirements

Current RN State License
Minimum of one (1) year experience in a supervised setting within the last three (3) years
