Financial Aid Coordinator


At Ross Education, we provide high quality allied healthcare training programs that allow graduates to begin rewarding careers in the healthcare industry. 

As a Financial Aid Coordinator, you will help people to find the financial means to take the first steps toward those careers.  You will explain financial aid sources in detail, assist them with their forms, and then process that information through Ross’ system as well as state and national agencies.  You will be processing grants and loans as well as accepting tuition payments.

Our campus in Davison, MI  needs a Financial Aid Coordinator with the vision and drive to assist in producing tomorrow’s skilled workforce.

FT/PT: Full time

Salary: $12.40-$14.00 per hour

Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of college, degree a plus.  Ross Education alumni always welcome!
  • Previous work experience in financial aid, grant processing, personal lending, accounting, loan administration, banking, accounts receivable A/R or accounts payable A/P would be a solid background for this job.
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office products as well as online data entry. General office experience also needed.
  • Must be proficient in math and financial recordkeeping. 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and interest in helping others to be successful
  • Ability to achieve goals
  • Ability to work at least 2 evenings per week
