Field Technician

We are seeking a highly-motivated, independent, and qualified candidate to fill an entry level environmental technician position in the area of contaminated site remediation.  

This position provides the opportunity to be involved in field work for a wide variety of projects including building demolition, excavation oversight, and soil disposition management.  Additionally, many projects involve development and use of innovative remediation technologies and diagnostics so you will have the opportunity to learn and practice new techniques.   

• Field-based support of remedial investigations/assessments
• Remediation system operation and maintenance
• Groundwater sampling
• Test boring oversight

Requirements:

• 0 to 3 years of experience
• Good organizational skills 
• Good written and verbal communication skills  
• A degree in Engineering, Geology, or Environmental Science
• Fundamental understanding of groundwater flow and contaminant transport desired but not required 
• Ability to travel
