Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Previous Director of Pharmacy experience is preferred
• Previous Clinical Pharmacy experience is necessary
• Must be able to manage a dynamic team
• Ability to work independently and handle stress appropriately
• Ability to work cooperatively with physicians, and all staff
• Ability to set priorities, make critical decisions and respond quickly to emergency requests
• Ability to handle frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workload
• Ability to assess situations and utilize creative problem solving techniques which result in positive outcomes
• Effective communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Graduate from an ACPE  accredited School of Pharmacy Pharm D or RPH
• Current Pharmacist License in good standing
• Must have clean background and good prior work history
