Route Sales Representative - Wonder Bread/Hostess

We are currently looking for qualified candidates to sell, deliver, and promote IBC products (Wonder/Hotess/Dolly Madison) by following established delivery, merchandising, and ordering procedures, and providing superior customer service to accounts that sell IBC products to consumers.

* Sell and deliver product to established accounts with IBC products
* Solicit new accounts for IBC products
* Minimize stale and return product
* Promote sales through special displays, developing account relationships, use of promotional material
* Safely drive and operate a standard shift route truck
* Practice safe work procedures while performing all duties associated with the position

A typical day starts between 3 a.m. and 6 a.m., depending on the location and the route assigned. New RSR’s may work longer days while they learn the processes (12+ hours per day). More experienced RSR’s typically work 10-11-hour days. This position enjoys variety in daily schedules, but demands attention to detail to meet the changing needs in the marketplace.  Normal days of work are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday with Wednesday and Sunday off.     

This is a Teamsters job with the full benefit package at current employee cost of $40 per week plus Union pension.    Training pay is $470 per week for approximately four weeks.  After that pay is base + commission with an average weekly gross salary of approximately +$700 per week.
