Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree in finance, business, insurance, marketing or related disipline preferred.
Licensing: Associates must obtain the required Federal and/or State licenses/registrations within the time period designated by the business unit. Additional licenses/registrations may be required when new products and or services are implemented. If an associate fails or is unable to obtain required licenses/registrations within the time period designated by the business unit the associate will be ineligible to continue in the position.
Experience: Three to five years of sales or related business experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage processes and people a plus. Prior entrepreneurial involvement will help you succeed.
Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge and success in sales. Comprehend business processes and administration.
Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational and administrative skill, interpersonal, leadership and relationship skills, strong marketing and selling skills. Position requires customer focus, creativity, innovation, interpersonal savvy, passion for results, business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
