We are currently looking for individuals who would be interested in working with us on a PART TIME as needed basis with the following experience and background:

1.Mechanical Inspector:

-Ability to utilize various measuring devices and gauges
-Ability to read and interpret part documentation including blue prints
-Ability to Inspect to tight tolerances, may include GD&T, ANSY 14.5Y
-Ability to inspect First article to AS 9102

2.Electrical-Mechanical Inspector:

-Ability to utilize various measuring devices and gauges
-Have a working knowledge of both electrical and mechanical devices
-Have a working knowledge of both AC/DC voltage principles
-Ability to read and interpret both part and assemblies documentation including blue prints
-Ability to witness for validation various electrical testing of parts and assemblies
-Ability to inspect First article to AS 9102

3.Electronic Devices/Assemblies Inspector:

-Ability to utilize various electronic measuring devices and meters
-Have a working knowledge of electronic components
-Ability to read and interpret both component and assemblies testing documentation
-Ability to witness for validation various electronic testing of components and assemblies
-Have a working knowledge Electro-Static Packaging and Handling
-IPC 610
-PWA, PWB, PCB, PCA

4.Electrical Devices/Assemblies Inspector:

-Ability to utilize various electrical measuring devices and meters
-Have a working knowledge of electrical components
-Have a working knowledge of AC voltage principles

5.Expediter

-Ability to analyze and evaluate Manufacturing and production schedules
-Ability to identify “bottle necks" in the production line
-Ability to timeline deliveries of parts
-Ability to communicate well with suppliers and customers in a professional manner
-Ability to utilize MS excel

6.Auditor – Certified or experienced

-AS 9100, ISO 9001:2000
-Special processes i.e. Heat treat, Chemical, Welding

7. Quality Engineer

-Six Sigma knowledge or experience
-Supplier evaluation
-Ability to Inspect of hardware
-Ability to perform corrective action and root cause analyses
-Ability to communicate well with customer
-Ability to perform audits
Requirements

All applicants must be proficient with PC and be able to utilize the Internet as well as be familiar with MS office.
