Sales Administrator
Job Duties:
This position will support three Regional Sales Managers in the US and Canada. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of the entire Sales team, especially when Regional Sales Managers are traveling. Together with the Regional Sales Managers, the Sales Administrator will help the team achieve revenue targets. Specifically, the Sales Administrator will provide support in the following ways:
· Answer customer inquiries regarding pricing and products as directed by Regional Sales Managers.
· Answer customer inquiries regarding sales orders, shipments, etc. Provide excellent customer service.
· Represent Palisade in a professional, competent, and knowledgeable way
· Follow up with incoming sales leads from web site and provide qualified leads to Regional Sales Managers
· Provide backup support for Regional Sales Managers when traveling or out of the office.
· Research customer purchasing histories and other background information.
·Manage renewals of software maintenance plans every month

Requirements
·Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or related field
·Experience in customer service or sales roles preferably in business-to-business setting
·Ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities
·Demonstrated ability to understand and explain technical concepts
·Outstanding attention to detail
·Outstanding telephone and email communication skills
·Ability to work independently
