Residential Property is seeking a motivated, hard-working individual for the position of Maintenance Person / Janitor! Part-time, average about 10 hours per week, shifts will generally be 8:30 am – 2:30 pm.
Will be responsible for performing facilities duties. Keep building clean and maintain grounds. Maintenance / janitorial experience and a mature attitude are required.

Responsibilities: Perform demos at trade shows, Support outside sales and distributors; ensure company operations run smoothly, and other duties as needed.

We are looking for a self starter, someone who is able to work independently and with minimal supervision. MEDICAL ASSISTANT

Local medical clinic is seeking a responsible, experienced individual for the position of Medical Assistant. Part - Time position, Shifts will range from 4 to 6 hours per day, as early as 9:00 am to as late as 4:00 pm. In addition, must be able to work 2 Saturdays a month.
Perform general duties for both the front and back office of a busy medical practice. Must be able to do authorizations, lab requests, forms, referrals, as well as have electronic medical experience.
