Traveling Field Work

****Before Continuing: Please note that the positions described below are all traveling positions. Some travel may be within the state of Indiana, however, there will be a lot of travel out of state (to Tennessee, Kentucky, Iowa etc.). Pro Resources is looking for 20-35 individuals who are willing to travel out of state for job assignments on short notice; length of assignment ranging from 1-3 weeks. Position availability will last now through the month of December. Looking for individuals who are willing to accept repeat assignments throughout this time period.

Type of Work:

*Heavy duty, hard, physical work. Individual must be willing to get dirty. Field workers will be going into various  Foundries and repairing equipment.

*Job duties would include general labor such as; clean-up, shoveling, mixing, use of jackhammers; Individuals with a construction background are a plus.

*Qualified individuals for this position must first and foremost understand that they will be called on short notice (sometimes having an hour or less notice) to travel out to various work-sites in Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Tennessee, etc., staying over night from 1-3 weeks.

*Individuals must be willing to spend 1-3 weeks on the job, over-night, work 10-14 hour days; knowing that they cannot leave their shift until the job is done for that day. Also willing to understand that assignments may last longer than original estimated length of time due to inability to leave a job undone.

*Position pays $11.00 per hour; In addition to the hourly rate, travel time and hotel stay is paid for and cash is given daily on the job for meals. 

Job Requirements:

*NO GED/Diploma Required
*Valid Driver's License is a MUST ***and will be verified***
*Must own vehicle -- transportation will be provided as much as possible, however, in some circumstances individuals may need to provide their own transportation
*Steel toed boots required
* Hard hats, safety glasses, and ear plugs will be provided, but owning leather work gloves is preferred
*Owning own tools is preferred, but not necessary (tape measure, utility knife, pencil, claw or brick hammer)
