The Retail Co-Manager is responsible for working directly with the General Manager in leadership of all travel plaza functions.

The Co-Manager will

  • exemplify customer service excellence,
  • supervise the travel plaza retail team,
  • play an important role in the C-Store/Fuel leadership team
Requirements
  • Must be able to lift and move 75 lbs.
  • Significant retail experience in a top tier Grocery, Big Box retailer, restaurant operation, or other applicable retail experience
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years in supervision/management
  • Degree preferred (college or equivalent experience)
  • Must be a strong team builder/leader.
  • Relocation may be required
