Regional Director of Business Development – Kansas City/Overland Park
**Must have 2 plus years of experience marketing in long term care, home health or hospice industry**
Fundamental Clinical Consulting, LLC is searching for a talented Regional Director of Business Development to lead our marketing team in Kansas! The RDBD is responsible for census development for assigned facilities through direct sales contacts with physicians, physician groups and physician organizations, key hospital staff, managed care organizations, appropriate external and internal case managers and assists with management of sales staff in specific markets.
Essential Functions (summary):
Exemplify a working knowledge of levels of care provided by facilities, special programs and designated network referral priorities. Maximize the number of referrals from key physicians, physician organizations, hospital accounts, managed care organizations and other local market sources in order to meet sales plan goals. Coordinate and maintain up to date information on market area and competitors including pricing, census information, product information and sales strategies. Responsible for the hiring, training, performance evaluations and continuing education of facility based marketing personnel.

Requirements
Qualifications
Must have 2+ years experience in healthcare sales and marketing (long term care, home health, hospice required)
Ideal candidate must be a skilled communicator, director and motivator.
Able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively.
Ability to utilize both local and company resources in the execution of job responsibilities.
Clinical back ground a plus. Candidate must be able to travel via personal automobile
