Chapman Staffing Solutions (CSS), a premier provider of health care staffing services is searching for a experienced and very dynamic, RN Assistant Director of Nurses (ADON) on behalf of our Client.
This position is located in the Anaheim area
.
Founded in the early eighties our Client owns and operates skilled nursing centers and retirement centers in southern California. With nearly 30 centers employing more than 5000 people providing care to approximately 3,000 residents. Centers are located in Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside, San Diego and Yolo Counties.
DESCRIPTION:
RN Assistant Dircector of Nurses full time to work full time. 200 plus bed skilled nursing facility, reporting to the Director of Nurses. this is a management role.
Requirements
· Must have a current and active CA RN (Registered Nurse) license, BSN preferred
· Must have at least 5 years of long term care including SNF (skilled nursing facility) experience.
· Previous experience as a Nurse Supervisor, Charge Nurse or Assistant Director of Nursing in a long term care setting required
