ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Under direct supervision of Interim’s Clinical Supervisor (or Deputy Director), the OMNI Administrator is responsible to:
Prepare and deliver written and oral presentations.
Facilitate and coordinate regular staff meetings.
Providing training to staff as needed.
Attending conferences and workshops (some travel may be required).
Supervise all operations of the OMNI Center including staffing and programming.
Work with the Consumer Advisory Council to gain input on OMNI programming, outreach and operations
Direct the daily operations of the Center, weekdays from 11am to 4pm, unless otherwise approved by Supervisor.
Recruit, train, schedule, evaluate and provide administrative supervision to staff & volunteers. Recommend staffing changes to Supervisor.
Purchase directly or supervise the purchasing requirements of the Center, ensuring that practices follow Interim policies and are documented and transmitted to Accounting in accordance with established procedures.
Collect or supervise collection of accurate statistics including attendance, demographics of guests, number of activities and volunteer hours; provide regular reports and/or funding sources to Supervisor for review on an agreed schedule.
Responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the facilities and ensuring that the facilities are kept clean and safe for all members, staff and volunteers.
Train staff in computer operations and in timekeeping procedures (whether using web-based or paper system); approve staff timekeeping records.
Coordinate with the OMNI Wellness Coordinator to assist team leaders, peer counselors & volunteers on the day-to-day program activities of the centers.
Coordinate the preparation and dissemination of flyers, brochures, newsletters and other OMNI publications to market OMNI programs.
Coordinate with other Interim departments and programs as necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the facility and conformance with Interim policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:
QUALIFICATIONS: Required:
Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of two years recent work experience
Lived, work or family experience with consumers of mental health services
Excellent organization and administrative skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with a culturally diverse group
