Location:          Redmond, WA

Title:                Software Design Engineer in Test – Level 3

Position Details:

What are the top four technologies needed for this role (WTT, etc.)?

·         Networking (TCP/IP, UDP, protocols such as SIP, RTP and VoIP)

·         Audio/video codec dev/test experience

·         Distributed programming

·         SQL administration.

What will the day-to-day activities be for this person?

·         Hands-on game title testing

·         Test automation development

·         Test tool investigation and deployment

·         Test server configuration, deployment, monitoring and maintenance.

How much of the role is going to be coding versus testing?

·         50/50 – 50% coding and 50% testing

If coding, what languages are needed?

·         C++ and C#

What type of testing will the candidate be doing?

·         Functional, performance, and stress testing of any game title.

Qualifications:
·         C++ and C#

·         Networking (TCP/IP, UDP, protocols such as SIP, RTP and VoIP)

·         Audio/video codec dev/test experience

·         Distributed programming

·         SQL administration.
