PART – TIME REGIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT



This is a part – time position, Monday thru Friday 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM

 

As a Regional Administrative Assistant you will have the opportunity to provide prompt and efficient administrative support for our Regional Property Manager and his direct reports out of our Irvine, CA office. You will also help coordinate all activities related to the regions function at Essex Property Trust, Inc.

Here are a few key characteristics of a successful Essex team member:

  • Demonstrated attention to detail and timeliness to ensure that all correspondence, reports calendars and travel accommodations are complete and accurate.
  • Ensure that all filing is updated in a timely fashion.
  • Greet visitors, screen incoming calls, schedule appointments, maintain Essex’s calendar of appointments, and play an active role in organizing and prioritising Essex’s activities.  
  • Monitor stock of forms and supplies for the Irvine Office.
  • Organize meetings on- or off-site.
  • Provide assistance in preparing and monitoring department budget to ensure accurate information is submitted to management. 
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements

Position Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-4 years secretarial experience providing clerical and administrative support.
  • Extensive knowledge of Yardi, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience using organizational and administrative skills.
