Estimator - Waste Water

·        Are you proficient with all 16 CSI Divisions?

·        Have you been an estimator before?

·        Do you have experience with Waste Water Projects?

·        If you answered yes to All of the questions above then we have a job for you!

We are looking for an Estimator in the Harrisburg area with generalized commercial construction experience. Successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years Commercial Estimating Experience (Divisions 1-16) plus Waster Water project experience. 

Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Development of master budgets and cost models
• Provides conceptual estimates of projects and project components.
• Provide Hard bid Estimates of projects and project components.
• Develops and maintains cost databases.
• Reviews and comments on estimates provided by others.
• Provides independent estimates of change orders.
• Develop pre-construction cost estimates.

• Solid Communication both verbal and written
• Ability to establish timelines and budgets
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to lead productive, multi-discipline meetings
• Solid, proven and verifiable record of career stability and estimating success a must
• Must have solid computer skills
