Description
· Perform hands-on failure analysis on RF power supplies and lasers.
· Perform root-cause analyses on production yield, aging, and failures in the field.
· Provide feedback to engineering and manufacturing with the goal of improving product reliability and performance.
· Develop analytical methods to understand failure trends.
· Maintain and improve Failure Analysis lab.
· Identify new analytical equipment and identify new methods to obtain root-cause information.
· Interface with customer service, manufacturing, and engineering.
Requirements
· Excellent analytical skills and good written and verbal communication skills necessary.
· Strong PC skills necessary.
· Familiarity with RF Power Supplies
· Familiarity with Lasers a plus
