Essential Job Duties:

As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for providing operational support to store management while also acting as a mentor to employees in order to maintain a profitable and growing retail business. In accordance with this; there are other items which are integral to your development and success at Car Toys:

·   Act as Manager on Duty when necessary

·   Be a point of contact for operational necessities as well as coaching staff

·   Develops and attains proficiency regarding all operational procedures

·   Reinforces all company policies and procedures in a professional manner

·   Always willing to learn and own new items to further sales & management development

We're looking for...:

· Two years of prior successful retail sales experience required; commissioned sales experience preferred
· One year prior consumer electronics experience preferred
· One year of demonstrated competency in operations/paperwork/closing functions
· Fluency in Spanish and English
· Demonstrated adaptability in a changing environment
· High School diploma or equivalent
