We are looking for a few good people!
Pass the word...Liberty Bank is expanding its Mortgage Operation and is looking for Mortgage Consultants in the
Houston Metro Area.
If you are seeking a change, have mortgage experience, an entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record in a mortgage and/or sales environment, we want to hear from you. Prior experience originating or selling and the ability to generate leads is a plus.
Liberty Bank is a full service financial institution, offering a full range of mortgage products and is an FHA/VA and Fannie Mae approved lender. As part of the support or our Mortgage Consultants, Liberty Bank has in house underwriting, processing, closing, and on site management support. In addition to your earned commission on mortgage sales, you have an opportunity to earn referral income from other Bank products .

Requirements
JOB EXPERIENCE
- 1 + years of mortgage origination experience
- Proven sales experience and the ability to meet production goals for the Loan Production Office
- Established relationships with local referral partners (e.g. realtors, builders, financial advisors, CPA, etc.)
- Proven ability to self-source leads and to create profitable business relationships with referral partners
SKILLS/COMPENTENCIES
- Demonstrated verbal and weritten communication skills with the ability to explain program features, policies, and benefits to customers and business partners
- Demonstrated PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite, CALYX Point, and the ability to use database marketing
- Demonstrated knowledge of the mortgage industrry and loan structuring
EDUCATION
College Degree, preferred. Or, some college and combination of work experience.
