ARG Financial Staffing is currently recruiting for the following direct hire positions:

 

Audit Associate – 2-5 years experience in public accounting, Nashville area.

 

Audit Manager - CPA required.  5-6 years experience.  $65-$80K

 

Audit Professional - Knoxville CPA firm seeks Audit Professional to join dynamic team.  Firm offers excellent benefits, limited travel, and commitment to work-life balance.  Only active CPA's with strong background in Public will be considered for this unique opportunity.

 

Billing/Accounts Receivable Clerk - North Georgia distribution company seeks skilled Billing/Accounts Receivable clerk.  Primary focus is stable work history and strong work ethic.  Position requires candidate with demonstrated success in a dynamic team environment and willingness to go above and beyond.

 

Business to Business Collections - Requirements must include previous experience, ideally 2 years in a professional collections environment and experience with business to business collections. Must love the collections role and have the ability and desire to meet and exceed goals daily.  Successful candidates must also pass a background check and fingerprinting since the parent company is a bank.

 

Business Valuation Manager - Business Valuation Manager with six years of supervisory level experience, a CPA, and one or more of the following credentials:  ABV, ASA, or CFA.  Healthcare experience related to litigation projects is a plus.

 

Cost Accountant – BS degree in Accounting.  CPA recommended but not required.  3–5 years experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.  Background in cost, financial analysis, monthly closings and fixed assets.  $55-$65K

 

Entry Level Staff Accountant - Seeking new grads with accounting experience, either as an intern or as a part-time position during college.

 

IT Manager - Responsibilities include infrastructure management, vendor relationships, information security, continuity planning, network design, compliance, and managing a staff of two.  Ideal candidate will be working leader with degree in Information Systems, stable work history, and collaborative team spirit.  $49-$68K

 

Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis - Requires a standout team player.  Must have excellent communication, presentation, planning, organization and analytical skills.  Requires acumen for capital-intensive business operations and an ability to communicate effectively with plant operations when necessary.  Must be a strategic thinker and contributor at the senior levels.  $80-$95K

 

Senior Tax Manager - Must have at least four plus years of tax experience in public accounting.  CPA and Bachelor's in accounting required.  Multi-state experience is a plus.  Must have dynamic interpersonal skills, communicate effectively with senior management, staff, and clients, demonstrate ability to work independently.  Requires strong technical and analytical skills and demonstrate good judgment in dealing with client issues.

 

Staff Accountant – Great direct-hire opportunity.

 

Staff/Senior Accountant - Ideal candidate will be active CPA or CPA eligible, with at least 2 years experience in Public.  Responsibilities will include Tax preparation for individuals, corporations, and partnerships, as well as Tax planning, write-up work, and consulting.  $35-55K

 

Tax Accountant – Salary depends on experience.

 

Tax Manager - Growing East Tennessee CPA firm seeks experienced Tax Manager for either Chattanooga or Knoxville.  Ideal candidate will be active CPA, with at least 3 years experience in Public Accounting.  Big 4 background a big plus.  Company offers excellent benefits including vacation commensurate with years of experience, 401(k) plan, generous bonus structure, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and partnership potential for the right candidate.  $45-$80K

 

 

Start Working Today – the following temp/temp-to-hire assignments are available:

 

Account Representative - Medical billing experience required; knowledge of computer, internet and windows based programs; knowledge of ICD-9 and CPT codes helpful; data entry experience; customer service experience a must.  $10-$11 per hour

 

Accounting Clerk –Temp-to-hire opportunity.

 

Accounts Payable – Previous experience required.

 

Accounts Receivable/Medical Billing – Several temp-to-hire opportunities available in North Knoxville.  Medical billing experience preferred.  $11-$12 per hour

 

Billing Clerk – Temp-to-hire opportunity.

 

Collections Representative - 4 year degree, prior collection experience preferred but not required.  Seeking individuals with excellent communication skills and strong computer skills.  $10.50 per hour

 

Customer Service Representative – Requires high school education or equivalency; vocational/technical school training a plus.  Office experience preferred; knowledge of windows based programs on computer; customer service experience required; demonstrate good verbal and written communications.  $10-$14 per hour

 

Financial Analyst – Great opportunity.

 

IT/Scanner – Temp-to-hire opportunity in Oak Ridge.

 

IT Technical Support – Temp-to-hire opportunity in Knoxville.

 

Legal Assistant - One year certificate from college or technical school and ten years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Need to be proficient in Word, Excel, Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.  $40K

 

Scientific Technical Writers - At least four years to be well familiar with various science disciplines or have performed science technical writing for other Dept of Energy Office of Science meetings, conferences, or other federal agencies such as EPA; NASA; CDC and CDC-NIOSH (thru Dept of Health and Human Services), etc.  $21.84-$32.31 per hour

 

Senior Accountant - A local medical company is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team.  Job duties include, but are not limited to:  heavy payroll, month end close, bank reconciliations, budgeting, etc.  QuickBooks experience is a must!
