Description Bridgeview Bank Group is a community bank with 15 locations currently in operation. With rapid growth, we are seeking for a qualified applicant to join our team. The individual we are seeking will have demonstrated the ability to speak clearly and persuasively with our customers. Responsibilities include:
  • Achieve individual and branch sales goals by promoting and cross-selling bank products.
  • Research account information for customer inquiries.

  • Identify solutions in support of customer needs.

  • Assist with vault cash, dual control as requested.

  • May be responsible for the ATM and other functions such as handling deposits, loading cash, and balancing the ATM machine.

  • Observes all security/internal controls and protects the bank against criminal or fraudulent activities.

  • Complies with all BBG policies and procedures. Ensures regulatory compliance within the teller function.

  • Maintain and enhance customer account relationships by providing excellent customer service.
  • Accurate balancing within established time frames
  • Completes customer transactions accurately and timely.

Requirements
  • Must have a strong math aptitude and good communication skills.
  • Accurate daily balancing of assigned cash drawer.
  • Recognize and refer cross-selling opportunities.
  • Help and support other team members as needed.
  • Process work efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide quality customer service – respond immediately to customer inquiries.
