Wireless Retail Sales Associate

• Customer service helping customers with interpreting bills and wireless service and any other service problems.
• Assist walk-in traffic and answering questions regarding our products and services.
• Provide training on wireless equipment to new and existing customers.
• Accurately process subscribers and requested account changes and updates.
• Count inventory in the stockroom and showroom, both serialized and non-serialized to keep store stocked and show profit or loss.
• Achieve / exceed monthly sales targets, churn & operations objectives.

• Prepare read and analyze various reports.
• Serve as a company representative at various community and public relations events.
• Activate and deactivate customer’s service.
• Protect company assets including cash management and inventory control.
• Sell wireless products and services.
• Perform all other duties as may be assigned.

• MUST have retail management experience preferably in the Wireless/Telecom industry
• Possess superior written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills along with creative abilities and problem solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

•  Bilingual skills a plus
