  • 5+ years of general professional business experience

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, and a focus on project coordination or project management (people or processes) possibly including budgetary, personnel, design, development, implementation, auditing, reporting or presentation responsibilities

  • International experience required.

  • Must be familiar with international countries and cities.

  • Previous experience obtaining business visas preferred.

  • Will be coordinating international flights, scheduling international events within the healthcare field, and must be comfortable communicating with international offices and HCPs.

  • Will be attending conference calls with international doctors and affiliate personnel.

  • Must have expert verbal and written communication skills.

  • Must be expert in Excel, Word.
