The Government Services Group is a Trelleborg Sealing Solutions (TSS) Marketing Company that is dedicated to the servicing of the government's after market needs of TSS products as well as services.  This group is staffed with highly trained, experienced and motivated individuals who are dedicated to providing world class services.  These services not only extend to government customers, but internal TSS organizations in support of their efforts in dealing with defense contractors as well. 

We are seeking qualified applicants for an Inside Sales Representative located in Fort Wayne, IN for TSS Government Services Group. 

Your working tasks

*Act as the customer's primary point of contact for your assigned customer accounts.
    -Responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relations while projecting 
    professionalism of the company.
    -Field all customer complaints, initiate investigations, conduct the analysis and develop a 
    corrective action with the assistance of the General Manager, Inside Sales Supervisor and 
    the Quality Manager.
*Identify government sales opportunities via the established solicitation process.
*Prepare formal quotations and utilize sales experience and training to sell the added value of those proposals.
*Conduct effective quote follow-up and tracking.
*Responsible for all aspects of customer purchase order review and order entry, inclusive of change orders and credit memos.
*Responsible for the procurement of all products for resale with Manager approval.
*Process electronic invoicing and origin inspection requirements via Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF).
*Collect customer credit information and initiate credit approval process and assist Accounts Receivable in the collection process (verify funds receipt via EFT from the government).
*Maintain proficiency in the manipulation of JD Edwards as it pertains to your areas of responsibility.
*Contribute to the shared responsibility of answering phones, filing and general administrative duties.
*Obtain thorough understanding of and maintain the professional image of Trelleborg.
*Continuously seek and initiate process improvements and job proficiency.
Requirements Your Profile 

*Experience with the government's procurement process is required.
*WAWF experience preferred.
*JD Edwards experience preferred.
*Two year degree in Communications or Business Admin. preferred, equivalent experience acceptable with two years related job experience.
*Customer driven, assertive and professional.
*Proficiency in oral and written communication.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
*Strong internet navigation skill is required.
