Physical Therapist Director in Training

Description TheraMatrix Physical Therapy is currently seeking Physical Therapists that are interested in transitioning into a leadership role for our Director in Training program (DIT).  As a Physical Therapist Director in Training, you will learn the responsibilities of a PT Director, while receiving hands-on training including a thorough understanding of the metrics involved in managing a successful outpatient physical therapy clinic.  In addition, you will provide direct patient care, and be delegated some administrative responsibilities.   Work with a motivated population (wide variety of orthopedic) within a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment.  Several opportunities are available throughout Metro Detroit.  Great opportunity for a new graduate PT or a PT with limited experience.

Requirements Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Michigan.  Advanced Degree preferred but not required.  Previous experience in an outpatient environment is preferred but not required.  New Graduates are welcome!
