Description
Acxiom is seeking candidates for Part-Time Client Delivery Specialist (CDS) positions in Conway, AR. CDS's execute the necessary processes to deliver data products and information to clients. Utilizing data processing tools, they submit jobs, work flows and monitor the completion and accuracy of the processing requirements and utilize transfer mechanisms to move data to appropriate platforms. They provide support and communication to teams and/or clients based on knowledge of data and/or processes and ensure the all timeframes, service levels and client expectations are met.
Required Work Hours - Must be able to either work:
Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 12 PM OR Monday – Friday 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM.
The CDS position will be shared by two individuals partnering together. Each person will work 20+ hours per week with some flexibility to work on weekends.
Requirements
Required Skills:
•Very strong Microsoft Office experience utilizing Word and Excel in a work setting or academic classroom project.
•Previous customer service experience.
•Strong organizational skills.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills.
•Strong attention to detail.
Nice to Have Skills:
•Previous data entry experience gained in a work setting or academic classroom project.
•Technical experience.
