Requirements
Required Skills:
5 Years of Sales and Managerial Experience supervising others Required. Enthusiastic attitude and passion for health and nutrition a must! Nursing, Nutrition or Medical background a plus!
Candidates must possess friendly and outgoing personality and enjoy working with people. Customer service, sales experience and excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Must demonstrate strong organizational abilities. Discretion, honesty and integrity in all transactions and interactions is critical.
Other Requirements:
• 4-Year College degree desired (business, psychology, counseling, health, nutrition, nursing a plus)
• Minimum of 5 years Sales, Management and Customer Service experience
• Phone experience mandatory
• Must be able to multi-task with accuracy, have a friendly demeanor and be a team player
• Candidates must also complete a three-week classroom training course and pass written and oral examinations on the SlimGenics program and sales process
Being part of the Sales Management Team, you will be both the “coach" and the center selling/ operational director. As the “coach", you will train and motivate all of your employees. Most importantly, you will facilitate the consistent performance of the appropriate benchmark, selling behaviors and team selling.
You will be instrumental in creating a positive, high quality work environment which is critical for enabling client and staff success. As the center operational director you will ensure that your inventory is controlled, your center is well managed, your clientele are satisfied and all other operations in your center run smoothly. Finally, you will be the leader for center sales counselors and model appropriate selling behavior through team selling and servicing customers.

As a member of our sales and management team, you will play a very important role in our clients’ successful weight loss by managing a center and enrolling new clients.
In addition to top sales skills, management staff understands the sensitive nature of the client experience and finds every opportunity to enable the client’s success.
• Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of the SlimGenics program (through our comprehensive training program) and delivers information in a clear and concise manner.
• Provides appropriate support, encouragement and motivation to clients at every opportunity.
• The position requires BOTH sales skills and customer service but is primarily a SALES position where managers are expected to drive revenue for their location. Successful Managers understand relationship sales and are customer service oriented, energetic, enthusiastic, persuasive, skilled at building relationships, responsible and caring.

Location / Schedule:
Full Time during a 6 day work week. Fixed and Rotating schedule including Saturdays. May float between three selected locations as necessary. Must be available to work full time schedule (Approximately 45 hours per week) during all hours of operation as required to meet the operational needs of the center.
Hours of Operation and needed availability:
7am to 8pm Monday thru Friday and Saturday 8am to 2pm.
