We are currently looking for a qualified Store Managers (full time) and Sales Associates (full and part time) in the Cypress, TX area due to expansion in the market.  These individuals must possess previous specialty store retail management experience. We are looking for upbeat, energetic and performance driven individuals to join our team.



Responsibilities:

  • Previous specialty store retail management experience
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and objectives
  • Responsible for the ongoing development and support of store associates
  • Recruit, interview, hire, train and coach their store team
  • Support and assist associates to achieve sales and profit objectives established for the district
  • Communicate clear expectations and hold team and self, accountable to all Vitamin World standards of performance and behavior
  • Control expenses, shrinkage and inventory levels
  • Order product, stock shelves, set plan-o-grams and create promotional displays
  • Ensure that the appearance of the store’s interior and exterior are maintained to company policies
  • Build customer loyalty and achieve and maintain a high level of customer service by ensuring that service standards are high and customer issues are efficiently resolved
  • Achieves and maintains a high level of associate engagement through effective leadership


 

 

 
Requirements

 



 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years retail experience
  • Ability to work at least 40 hours a week
  • Possess and demonstrate effective organizational, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate effective decision making and problem resolution skills
  • Ability to conduct facilitated discussions geared for associate training and development
  • Knowledge of cash handling procedures including cashier accountability and deposit control
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail
