Job Description: The primary purpose of the Outside Sales Representatives is to generate new business, grow sales and provide sales support to repeat accounts. Individuals in this sales position must demonstrate exceptional dedication to meet existing customer needs, maintain and grow business relationships with a personal touch while acquiring steady growth of new accounts. 20 to 30 cold calls a day, on job-site visits, product demonstration and product knowledge are essential to the success of an ARMCHEM Outside Salesperson. ARMCHEM International is currently searching for Excellent Women and Men who have sales experience. Candidates who are looking for a new career opportunity have the right attitude and are looking for growth within the company.

Exception to the Rule: If you don't have any sales experience, we are willing to train the right candidates with a winning attitude and desire to succeed.

Requirements

  • Sales Experience a plus but Not a Must
  • Excellent Communication, Planning and Organizational Skills
  • Independence with a High Degree of Integrity
