Position Description

• This is an exciting opportunity to drive the design and development of innovative software products. 
• You will decipher customer needs, translate these needs into requirements, and define functional specifications for clinical software.
• You will work with top-notch engineers to transform complex needs into tangible software solutions.

Position Responsibilities

• Understand and document the business needs of our clients
• Break high level requirements into thorough, detailed, user-focused specifications
• Facilitate the design and development of product features
• Interview subject matter experts, customers, and other stakeholders to identify and clarify requirements
• Assist Product Manager with other efforts as needed, including preparation of training materials, conducting release readiness tasks, and so on

Position Requirements

• Be able to think abstractly
• Possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• In order to be considered for this position, you must have 3 to 5 years of clinical experience 
• This position requires a Bachelor’s degree.  
• Experience in the areas such as software development, CTMS (Clinical Trial Management Systems), informatics, clinical trial costing, financial forecasting, and project management is a plus.
