Want to get out of Public Accounting and have work life balance?

We are looking for an inquisitive up-beat tax professional who would like to build their expertise in all areas of tax including federal, multi-state, international, sales and use, value added and payroll.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

 
 The candidate will be involved with a broad spectrum of tax issues, including U.S. federal and state returns, preparation of Form 5471, domestic and foreign tax provisions, analysis and calculation of U.S. and global deferred tax assets and liabilities, transfer pricing, and audits.

 

 

Requirements

Education, Experience and Skills Required:

  

  • Minimum 5 years experience working with US corporate tax issues; Big Four experience highly desired.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar.
  • Advanced legal, tax and/or accounting certification preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with tax return processing software.

Working knowledge of FAS 109 rules. Word and Excel knowledge. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Multi-tasking abilities and organizational skills. Team player.
