Supervisor, Customer Service Operations

We are currently looking for a Supervisor to join our claims and customer service team in the Harrisburg, PA office. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and motivate a cross functional team. Strong leadership skills are required as well as previous experience and/or knowledge of the health care industry. We offer an excellent benefit program (most benefits start on the first day of employment), paid time off, 401K with the company match and tuition reimbursement.

 

Requirements Job Requirements include:
  • High school degree or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Significant experience in health care (usually 6-7 years); 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred.
  • Management of inbound customer service call center preferred.
  • Ability to train employees on all products and processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills.
  • Ability to implement service strategies for internal and external customers.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and coaching skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to drive change.
  • Process improvement skills.
