Primary Function:

To maximize revenue by successfully closing Villa customer sales leads in a polite, professional and knowledgeable manner, ensuring all performance goals are achieved consistently and in accordance with WTH Luxury brands quality standards. Complete paper work, administrative functions and other non-phone work related to the effective processing of customer Villa rentals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming telephone calls and email inquiries in accordance with WTH Sales guidelines. Convey enthusiasm to customers and have a genuine desire to be of service.
  • Offer all added products/services to the customer in correspondence with their Villa rental
  • Effectively identify the full extent of the customer's requirements to optimize sales of Villa product and services
  • Work with Villa suppliers to confirm availability, process and release holds, and invoice the customer once decision has been made
  • Initially deal with customer inquiries and complaints, involving the Supervisor or Customer Service when appropriate
  • Input reservations using the Company invoicing system. Ensure comprehensive and accurate collection of all appropriate customer information. Send invoice, contract and documents to customer.
Requirements Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of 3-5 years travel sales industry experience
  • Must have strong knowledge of luxury vacation destinations such as Mexico, Europe, Hawaii and the Caribbean
  • Experience in Villa or Luxury Travel preferred
  • Must be highly motivated to sell and have the ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a personable phone presence are essential
  • Must be highly organized and proficient with Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to work full time 40 hours a week and go on FAM inspection trips when required
